Returns & Exchanges

At First Lite, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience in the field. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
